Shipping
Products will be shipped via the method selected by you during checkout from our Internet store. We endeavor to keep all GRS products in stock and to ship them to you within one business day of receiving your order.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. All GRS products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for one (1) year from their date of purchase from GRS. If you believe you are in possession of defective goods that are eligible for exchange, then please contact us for issuance of a return authorization number. If upon receipt and review of the goods we determine them to be defective, then we will gladly effectuate an exchange and ship you replacement goods at our expense. GRS’s determination as to whether goods are defective shall be final.
If you receive goods different from those that you ordered, then please contact us within ten (10) days of receipt and we will issue you a return authorization number. Upon our receipt and confirmation that the goods are non-conforming and unused, we will gladly effectuate an exchange and ship you the correct goods at our expense.
Bulk Purchases
